Come on all you budding athletes -young and old!
The Kimpton Fun Run is an approx. 6 mile multi-terrain course through some lovely scenery which provides a good early season test for everyone from once-a-year runners to once-a-day whippets! Entries are all 'on the day' there is also shorter junior course of approx. 2.5-3 miles with a medal to all finishers.
It’s just a bit of fun, so please come along and also bring your friends to enjoy the atmosphere and the Pig roast and Pimms bar on the Recreation ground when you’ve reached the finish!
9.45 am Registration – Recreation ground (see “Where to find events” page)
Start of race - Church Lane
End of Race - Recreation ground
1.00 – Juniors 3 mile race
11.10 – Seniors 6 mile race*
Juniors = £2.50 – Medal for all finishers.
Seniors = £5.00 (Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places)
Finish and refreshments on the recreation ground
